  4. Place the tuna on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until the fish is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Tuna is a pretty dense fish, so it’s important not to overcook it as it can become dry.
  5. Remove the tuna from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Alternatively, you can also sear the tuna on high heat for about 1 minute on each side and then finish it off in the oven for more control over the final temperature.
